How it works
After completing your purchase, you will receive a link with instructions on how to submit your requirements for the custom-made video. Please provide:
- Your order number (only verified purchases will receive the video)
- The name of the person (or group) who will receive the video
- A short set of instructions on what you would like to be said in the video, or if it is for a special occasion. The more details you provide, the more personal the video will be.
Lelê will record a personalized video and send it to the same email address shown on your order.
The video will be sent to you within 7 days after the completed form is submitted to our system, not the date of the original order.
The video will have up to 30 seconds and can be either in English or in Portuguese.
One video per unit ordered.
